These Terms & Conditions apply when using the El Dorado website and its online services.

Online Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order, selected options, contact information, and fulfillment method before submitting an order.

Online ordering is available only during designated ordering hours and may occasionally be unavailable due to restaurant operations, technical issues, item availability, or other circumstances.

Prices and Availability

Menu items, prices, ingredients, options, and availability may change. El Dorado may correct errors or cancel an order when an item cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

Pickup and Dine-In Orders

Preparation times shown or communicated are estimates. Actual preparation time may vary depending on order size and restaurant demand.

Delivery

Delivery is available only when the delivery feature is active. Delivery may be fulfilled using a third-party delivery provider. Additional fees, delivery areas, estimated times, and provider terms may apply.

Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages may only be purchased and received by persons who meet applicable legal age requirements. Valid identification may be required. El Dorado may refuse an alcohol sale when legal requirements are not satisfied.

Website Use

You may not intentionally interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access to administrative systems, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse the website or its services.
